We absolutely love the location of Welland. It is central to most major places in Niagara and our work locations. Although there are a variety of new subdivisions in Welland, we chose Harvest Estates for the beautiful surroundings, creek and soon to be park! Building with Mountainview was the best decision we made because they made a complicated process incredibly convenient and simple. Mountainview was able to provide us with the most for our money and we absolutely love our home, especially the loft! We cannot wait to build with Mountainview again in the future, and are certain our experience will be just as wonderful!
Mountainview offers a fantastic assortment of home styles, which meant that we would live in a subdivision where our home would be uniquely our own. Now, after living in our beautiful new home, my favourite room is the open concept main floor with a huge bow window and the gorgeous view beyond it. We have entertained so many times and the layout functions so beautifully! I would do it again and again with Mountainview if it didn’t mean leaving the home we love so much!
We chose Fernwood because it is a very family-oriented neighbourhood that’s a bit off the beaten path of Niagara Falls, yet close to all amenities. Everyone in the neighbourhood seems very friendly, and it’s nice to see people of all ages out and about most evenings. We went from a 100 year old fixer upper to a brand new house, and so far everything has been great.
The Niagara Region is rich with attraction, green space, locally grown produce and plenty of new places to discover. Fernwood Estates is a friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Building with Mountainview Homes has proven to be the perfect fit for our family. The entire process was easy and we love the result. We appreciated the ability to customize our home to suit our needs and personal style.
We were moving to Niagara Falls from Winnipeg, Manitoba. We weren’t familiar with the area or builders but we had a really good feeling the moment we walked into the show home. We found everyone to be very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. In 1 day we chose our home plan & lot, everyone at Mountainview made it so easy. We were impressed by the workmanship, quality and attention to detail. They helped in making our transition from Winnipeg to Niagara Falls very easy.
